Ten wells were successfully selected in Hart County, Kentucky, using new gamma ray data acquisition techniques and interpretation techniques. This method provides information about the potential of oil and gas production in this field using potassium 40 exploration combined with remote sensing imaging and subsurface geological mapping techniques.
