前一时期,舆论中有关全球国有企业私有化的报道颇多,给人造成了这样一种错觉:似乎只有中国还在孤军奋战,坚持国有企业改革,而世界各国都已放弃改革转而“改制”.为了解开这个疑团,记者日前专程采访了中国社科院世界经济与政治研究所研究员王金存.据记者了解,王金存教授刚刚主持完一个国家社科基金项目,该项目的主题就是“世界国有企业经营机制比较”,因此他有机会更多地了解到全球国有企业改革与发展的情况.
