2015年8月10日,农业部农业机械鉴定总站发布《关于涉及农用柴油机排放标准升级的部级推广鉴定信息变更通知》(以下简称“通知”),以明确农用柴油机及其配套主机由“国二”升级“国三”过程中,需要变更推广鉴定信息的情况及具体做法。《通知》规定,从2015年10月1日起,不再受理配套中国第二阶段排放柴油机的农业拖拉机的部级推广鉴定申请。从2016年4月1日起,不再受理配套中国第二阶段排放柴油机的其他农业机械的部级推广鉴定申请。继而,8月28日,由中国农机工业协会牵头,邀请农机行业10家主流媒体就农用柴油机“国二”升级“国三”问题,召开了新
On August 10, 2015, the Agricultural Machinery Appraisal Headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture issued the Notice on the Change of Appraisal Information of Ministerial Promotion Involving the Upgrade of Agricultural Diesel Emission Standards (hereinafter referred to as “Notice”) to clarify that the agricultural diesel engine and its auxiliary host “Country II ” upgrade “country three ” process, the need to change the promotion of identification information and specific practices.
