目的:探讨正畸治疗在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法:将2016年1月—2017年1月本院口腔修复共计65例作探究对象,采用掷硬币法分组。一组31例患者,进行常规修复,设对照组。另一组34例患者,进行正畸治疗,设观察组。治疗后组间比较疗效。结果:两组中观察组的治疗总有效率较高,不良反应率低,满意度高,经统计学处理,P<0.05,有显著差异,有统计学意义。结论:口腔修复采用正畸治疗,治疗效果好,不良反应较少,且患者较满意,值得推广和使用。
Objective: To investigate the application of orthodontic treatment in oral repair. Methods: From January 2016 to January 2017, a total of 65 cases of oral cavity repair in our hospital were explored, and the methods of coin tossing were used. A group of 31 patients, routine repair, set the control group. Another group of 34 patients, orthodontic treatment, the observation group. After treatment, more effective treatment between groups. Results: The observation group in both groups had a higher total effective rate, a lower adverse reaction rate, and a higher satisfaction rate. There was a significant difference between the observation group and the observation group with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Orthodontics is the best choice for oral rehabilitative therapy. The treatment effect is good, the adverse reactions are few, and the patients are satisfied. It is worth to promote and use.
