今年汛期,受热带风暴、南海低气压和西北冷空气的影响,我国形成了南方、北方两条雨带。南方雨带主要在华南和江南南部,包括珠江流域的西江、北江,长江流域的湘江、赣江,福建的闽江,浙江的富春江等;北方雨带主要在黄河流域陕北各河,山东一些河流,华北北部各河,东北的松、辽和大、小凌河等。这些地方发生了程度不同的洪涝和灾害。初步资料表明,今年洪水灾害的直接经济损失,已经超过1991年江淮大水时全国洪水灾害所造成的直接经济损失779.08亿元。
In this year’s flood season, due to tropical storms, low pressure in the South China Sea and the cold air in the northwest China, two rain belts have formed in the south and the north. The southern rainbands are mainly in South China and southern South China, including the Xijiang River and the Beijiang River in the Pearl River Valley, the Xiangjiang River in the Yangtze River Valley, the Ganjiang River in Fujian Province, the Fujiang River in Fujian Province and the Fuchun River in Zhejiang Province. The northern rainbands are mainly distributed in various rivers in Shaanxi Province in the Yellow River Basin, Some rivers, rivers in northern North China, northeast pine, Liaohe, Xiaolinghe and so on. Floods and disasters have taken place in these places to varying degrees. Preliminary data show that the direct economic losses caused by the flood disasters this year exceeded the direct economic losses caused by the floods in 1991 when the Jianghuai flood hit 77.808 billion yuan.
