用杨树杂种,日本山杨×大齿杨(Populus Sieboldii X P.grandidentata)3株,马氏杨(P.Maximowiczii)和美州黑杨(P.deltoides)雄株各一株,研究了花药诱导愈伤组织和生长调节物质对器官分化的效果。基本培养基采用了WOLTER和SKOOG培养基(WS——培养基)和MILLER培养基(M——培养基),生长素采用了NAA(萘乙酸),IBA(吲哚丁基酸)、2.4——D(二氯苯基乙酸),细胞分裂素(cytokinin)采用了BAP(N~6——benzylaminopurine,苄胺基嘌哈),组合成各种浓度加进去了。得到的结果如下: 1)植物生长素类和BAP混合使用对愈伤组织诱导的效果-对杨树杂种只是在低浓度
