ATI 公司日前在北京推出ATI 公司 ATI RADEON 9800 XT 和RADEON 9600 XT 显卡。RADEON9800 XT 采用 RADEON 9800图形架构,是目前惟一拥有八条效率更高的像素处理管线的图形加速卡。ATI 公司表示板卡生产大厂华硕将很快推出RADEON 系列全线产品。ATIRADEON 9800 XT 板载256MB 显存并没有采用与9800 Pro 相同的 GDDR2显存,而是仍然采用 DDR 显存,显存带宽为256bit,核心/显存频率为412MHz/730Mhz。RADEON 9600 XT仍然采用与9600 Pro 相同的核心架构以及128MB DDR 显存,但是核心/显存频率提高为500MHz/600MHz。
ATI recently introduced ATI’s ATI RADEON 9800 XT and RADEON 9600 XT graphics cards in Beijing. Featuring the RADEON 9800 graphics architecture, the RADEON9800 XT is currently the only graphics accelerator card with eight more efficient pixel processing pipelines. ATI said board maker Asus will soon launch RADEON series of full range of products. Instead of using the same GDDR2 memory as the 9800 Pro, the ATIRADEON 9800 XT onboard 256MB video memory still uses DDR memory with 256-bit memory bandwidth and 412MHz / 730MHz core / memory speeds. The RADEON 9600 XT still uses the same core architecture and 128MB DDR memory as the 9600 Pro, but with a core / memory frequency increase of 500MHz / 600MHz.
