研究对象是患干性穿孔性中耳炎的52例(70耳)病人。利用咽鼓管压力计法记录电刺激咽鼓管肌引起该管的张开情况。具体方法是将咽鼓管压力计接上声讯号发生器、频率分析器和自动记录仪;将110dB强度的电话声送入鼻腔。声音的频率越高就越能准确地记录出咽鼓管张开动作,故采用3500赫声频,并以传声器记录外耳道内的声音。自动记录仪的纸上有强度刻度,故在咽鼓管张开时能以分贝数记录声强。著者研制的接触电极是两根相互绝缘的电线,将其穿过咽鼓管导管露出2 m m,在咽部开口插入腭帆张肌和腭帆提肌。用电压10 V和2 ms的单一刺激、能使所有病人的咽鼓管都张开,此时咽鼓管压力计上的振幅峰值平均为4.8±0.3dB,张开的时间平均为1.5±0.1秒。当电压继续增大或<10伏则张开动作不良或不能张开。电的频率不起作用,但在
