对于经济发展来说,财政的安危极为重要,目前随着我国社会主义市场经济制度的完善和我国政治体制的改革,我国的财政管理制度不断的健全完善,财政管理的方法逐步多元化,财政管理的能力也有所提升,但是不可否认的是目前我国财政监督的体制和制度建设相对滞后,并且很多的财政监督制度形式大于内容,形同虚设,起不到应有的作用。新形势下,笔者结合自身的工作经历,探究了提高财政监督效率的对策,希望能对财政监督业务的可持续发展起到一定的积极作用。
With regard to economic development, the safety of finance is extremely important. With the improvement of China’s socialist market economy and the reform of China’s political system, China’s financial management system has been constantly improved and perfected, and the methods of financial management have been gradually diversified. Financial management However, it is undeniable that the system and system of China’s financial supervision are lagging behind at present, and many forms of the financial supervision system are outweighed by their content in the form of non-existent ones. Under the new situation, the author explores the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of financial supervision in light of his own work experience, hoping to play a positive role in the sustainable development of financial supervision.
