1临床资料患儿男,1岁4个月。右上臂伸侧红色斑块8个月。8个月前,患儿家属发现患儿的右上臂出现一个钱币大不规则状红色斑疹,缓慢增大,部分增厚隆起,无破溃,未见皮肤瘀点及瘀斑,也无明显不适,轻触碰皮损时患儿无明显哭闹,现斑块增至约4.0cm×3.0cm大,红色,稍隆起,周围伴卫星灶。患儿系第1胎,第1产,足月顺产。出生时未发现患儿右上臂有皮疹。查体:神清,气平,心肺听诊未闻及明显异常。皮肤科情况:右上
