随着海洋工程的迅速开发,高强度钢板、钢管桩基材料的需求日趋迫切。海洋用钢桩材料,要求钢板具有优良的力学性能、成形性和可焊性。为了达到强度和韧性的配合,目前广泛应用Nb、V、Ti微量元素生产微合金钢;并采用控制轧制技术生产中、薄钢板,它不仅可确保钢材获得好的综合性能,还节省了正火热处理工序。实践证明:这类低炭微合金钢已在国外广泛使用,深受用户欢迎,国内这方面的研制工作进展亦较顺利。
