一、前桥壳生产工艺概况我厂生产的SX-250越野车前桥壳铸造工艺是每型一件,沿桥管中心线分型,桥包朝上。潮型,手工撞砂,起模器拔模。浇注系统各截面之比为:F_直:F_横:∑F_内=12.56:19:19.3(cm~2),两条扁梯形内浇道分别通过桥管一端的冒口和前钢板弹簧座一侧的冒口引入铸型。铸件共有泥芯四个,内冷铁一个。电弧炉炼钢,浇注温度1480℃~1150℃,浇注时间12~16秒。打箱时间150分钟。铸件材质为ZG35,毛重83公斤(见图1)。
