奶花芸豆(Phaseolus Vulgaris)属豆科芸豆属,一年生草本,四川凉山州地方品种。因粒色乳白间有紫红花斑,故取名奶花芸豆。在温带湿润区与暖温带半湿润区栽培,历史悠久。近年来,因该品种经济、营养价值高,而大量出口外销。它可作蔬菜、食品添加剂和提供牲畜饲料等广泛用途,已成为凉山地区脱贫致富的经济作物。据测产验收,一般净作亩产130～160公斤,与玉米、马铃薯、甜菜进行带状种植亩产80～100公斤,间作亩产40～70公斤。
