1 病历摘要患者,男,19岁。因建筑工地接触380V 高压电,当即意识丧失,心跳呼吸停止。现场抢救10分钟后送来我院急诊。查体:深昏迷,无自主呼吸,血压0/0,双侧瞳孔散大0.6cm,无对光反射,心音消失。心电图示:心室纤颤。立即行心脏按压,气管插管辅助人工呼吸。相继应用肾上腺素2mg 共3次,利多卡因、碳酸氢钠等有关药物。并以200瓦秒之能量电除颤2次。最终于心跳呼吸停止40分钟内心脏复跳,恢复窦性心律。继之发生严重肺水肿,大量粉红色泡沫从气管
1 patient summary of patients, male, 19 years old. Due to contact with the construction site 380V high voltage, loss of immediate consciousness, heartbeat stopped. Rescue 10 minutes after the scene sent to our hospital emergency room. Physical examination: deep coma, spontaneous breathing, blood pressure 0/0, bilateral mydriasis 0.6cm, no light reflex, heart sounds disappear. ECG shows: ventricular fibrillation. Immediate cardiac compression, endotracheal tube assisted artificial respiration. Addition of 2mg epinephrine in all 3 times, lidocaine, sodium bicarbonate and other related drugs. And defibrillated twice with 200 watt-seconds of energy. Finally, the heart beats within 40 minutes of heart resuscitation to resume sinus rhythm. Followed by severe pulmonary edema, a lot of pink foam from the trachea
