严重吸入性损伤合并体表大面积皮肤烧伤患者病情复杂、危重、死亡率高。我科于1992年5月在综合治疗的基础上增用抗组织胺药苯海拉明与甲氰咪呱治疗严重吸入性损伤20例,占同期治疗病人的1.65％取得满意的疗效,现小结报告如下。一、临床资料: 本组20例中除1例为小儿(男性2岁)外,余均为成人(18～50岁),男性17例,女性2例。烧伤总面积:20～100％,平均76.5％,三度烧伤面积5～
