我们对股份制还很不熟悉,有人认为,股份制必然导致私有制;有人认为,股份制不是私有制的产物,而是社会化大生产的一种经营方式,也有人认为,商品经济既可出现在私有制社会,又可出现在公有制社会,因此,公有制下的社会化大生产能否采用股份制?这正是社会主义有计划商品经济需要探讨的学术问题。欢迎就大中企业如何实现社会主义的商品经济展开学术讨论。
We are still unfamiliar with the joint-stock system. Some people think that the joint-stock system will inevitably lead to private ownership. Some people think that the joint-stock system is not a product of private ownership, but is a mode of operation of socialized large-scale production. Others believe that the commodity economy can occur in private-owned society. It can also appear in the public ownership society. Therefore, whether the socialized large-scale production under public ownership can adopt the shareholding system? This is the academic issue that the planned social commodity economy of the socialism needs to discuss. We welcome the academic discussion on how large and medium-sized enterprises can realize the socialist commodity economy.
