改造后的抗虫基因 Cry IB用杆菌介导的方法转入烟草 ,转基因植株经 PCR和 DNA分子杂交检测 ,结果证实 :抗虫基因已整合到烟草基因组中。
The transformed insect-resistant gene Cry IB was transformed into tobacco by bacillus-mediated method. The transgenic plants were detected by PCR and DNA molecular hybridization. The results showed that the insect-resistant genes were integrated into tobacco genome.
