《石油沥青纸胎油毡、油纸生产工艺规程》是由中国建筑防水材料公司(前称中国长城防水材料公司)制定于一九八四年一月一日在公司所属各油毡厂实行。本刊于一九八四年第三期上全文转载,供全国建筑防水行业参考。《规程》自公布之日到今天已经过去一年半的时间了,为了检验和进一步完善《规程》的内容,不断提高油毡的质量和产量为我国的“四化”建设服务。本刊在此转载由长春市油毡厂提供的《关于贯彻执行纸胎油毡生产工艺规程和我厂的做法》,并欢迎这方面的稿件。
The “Technical Specification for the Production of Petroleum Bitumen Felt Linoleum and Oil-Paper” was formulated by the China Construction Waterproofing Material Company (formerly known as China Great Wall Waterproof Material Co., Ltd.) on January 1, 1984 at the company’s linoleum plants. This volume was reproduced in the full text of the third issue of 1984 for reference of the national construction waterproofing industry. It has been a year and a half since the “Procedure” was published to the present day. To test and further improve the content of the “Regulations”, the quality and production of linoleum are continuously improved to serve China’s “four modernizations.” The journal hereby reprints the “Regulations on the Implementation of the Procedures for the Production of Paper Felt Liners and the Practice of Our Factory” provided by the felt factory in Changchun, and welcomes the manuscript in this respect.
