脐带的主要功能是输送血液，胎儿血液经脐带和胎盘与母体进行营养和代谢物质的交换，正常脐带应有两条脐动脉和一条脐静脉。如果仅有一条脐动脉称为单脐动脉。许多学者发现其与出生缺陷关系十分密切［‘，‘］，因此已日益受到重视。现将本院所遇的7例单脐动脉报道如下。1临床
