本文分析了原海南行政区十市县1974─1993年食物中毒资料。该地区二十年共发生食物中毒137起,中毒5053人,死亡35人;年发病率在0.6─28.2/10万之间,年平均发病率为6.5/10万;细菌性食物中毒发病率最高,有毒动植物中毒死亡病例最多;食物中毒发病终年不断.6─10月为发病高峰期;中毒食品以海产品居首,病死和变质的禽畜肉次之;中毒食品主要来自家庭制作,但饮食行业、集体饭堂和农村宴席也有较大的比例。本文即食物中毒的控制提出了对策。
This article analyzes the data of food poisoning from 1974 to 1993 in ten cities and counties in Hainan Province. In the past two decades, there have been 137 food poisoning cases, with 5053 cases of poisoning and 35 fatalities.
