用5%乙酸提取人子宫颈粘液可溶物,经电泳凝胶琼脂糖弥散法抗菌试验发现,子宫颈粘液酸溶性提取物有两条主带对致病性大肠杆菌25922株和金葡球菌25923株有强抗菌活性,并分别命名为Hcp-1和Hcp-2。经Tricine-SDS-PAGE电泳分析,Hcp-1分子量为6.7kd、10kd和15.4kd,Hcp-2分子量为4.4kd、6.7kd、9kd和15.4kd,均为多肽混合物。实验结果提示子宫颈粘膜能合成一类抗菌多肽,在子宫颈抗菌机理中发挥重要作用。
Human cervical mucus soluble material was extracted with 5% acetic acid. The antibacterial test of electrophoretic gel agarose diffusion assay showed that there were two main bands of acid-soluble extract of cervical mucus against pathogenic Escherichia coli 25922 and Staphylococcus aureus 25923 Strain has strong antibacterial activity, and were named Hcp-1 and Hcp-2. The molecular weight of Hcp-1 was 6.7kd, 10kd and 15.4kd, and the molecular weight of Hcp-2 was 4.4kd, 6.7kd, 9kd and 15.4kd by Tricine-SDS-PAGE. Experimental results suggest that cervical mucosa can synthesize a class of antimicrobial peptides, which play an important role in the antimicrobial mechanism of cervix.
