我厂载重汽车半轴套管属长轴类锻件(图1)。该锻件采用多用砧垫整体胎模锻造,一火锻成,效果较好。一、砧垫及模具设计750kg空气锤从下砧面至工作缸下盖的距离为670mm,工件下料长度φ121×530mm,上模高400mm,要把料放入模内的最小距离为950mm。我们将原下砧和砧垫去掉,设计了如图2所示的砧垫2,这样使上下模的距离增加到1020mm,砧垫上端面设有深50mm的凹坑以固定胎模。为便于放入下垫和顶出锻件,在砧垫的两侧对开通槽。
