【目的】绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum(Meyer-Dür)是我国Bt棉田内一类重要的刺吸性害虫。有机磷类和菊酯类杀虫剂因其对绿盲蝽具有较高的触杀毒力,是当前Bt棉田内广泛应用的杀虫剂,而新烟碱类杀虫剂因其较低的触杀毒力而没有被推荐使用。但在田间试验中,用新烟碱类杀虫剂处理棉种能够有效减少苗期至开花期绿盲蝽的危害。因此,亟待需要一种准确的毒力测定方法,以重新评价新烟碱类杀虫剂对绿盲蝽的毒力。【方法】本研究在成功研制绿盲蝽人工饲料的基础上,应用瓶膜法和人工饲料混合法两种毒力测定方法测定比较了5类16种杀虫剂对绿盲蝽3龄若虫和成虫的毒力。【结果】应用瓶膜法,新烟碱类杀虫剂对绿盲蝽成虫和若虫的LC_(50)值在337.97~496.03μg/mL范围内,显著高于其他类型的杀虫剂(LC_(50)值范围在0.28~207.26μg/mL)。然而,应用人工饲料混合法,新烟碱类杀虫剂对绿盲蝽成虫和若虫的LC_(50)值在0.01~1.08μg/g,与其他类杀虫剂LC_(50)值相等甚至低于其他类杀虫剂。【结论】结果表明新烟碱类杀虫剂对绿盲蝽的胃毒毒力显著强于它的触杀毒力,可用于绿盲蝽的田间防治。推荐人工饲料混合法作为监测绿盲蝽对新烟碱类杀虫剂抗性发展的一个替代方法。
【Objective】 Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür) is one of the most important sucking pests in Bt cotton field in China. Organophosphorus and pyrethroid insecticides are the most widely used insecticides in Bt cotton field because of their higher toxicity to the Apolygus lucorum, Viruses are not recommended for use. However, in the field trials, treatment of cottonseed with neonicotinoid insecticides can effectively reduce the damage of Apolygus lucorum at seedling stage to flowering stage. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an accurate method for the determination of virulence to re-evaluate the toxicity of neonicotinoid insecticides to Apolygus lucorum. 【Method】 On the basis of the successful development of the artificial infestations of Apolygus lucorum, two kinds of virulence determination methods of bottle-film method and artificial diet were used to compare the effects of 16 insecticides on the 3rd instar nymphs Adult virulence. 【Result】 The results showed that LC_ (50) of neonicotinoid insecticide to adults and nymphs was between 337.97 and 496.03 μg / mL, which was significantly higher than that of other pesticides (LC_ ( 50) values ranged from 0.28 to 207.26 μg / mL). However, the LC_ (50) value of neonicotinoid insecticides to adults and nymphs was between 0.01 and 1.08 μg / g, which was equal to or even lower than that of LC_ (50) of other insecticides. In other types of pesticides. 【Conclusion】 The results show that the neonicotinoid insecticides on the green Lygus stool toxicity was significantly stronger than its contact toxicity, can be used for the prevention and cure Lygus. The recommended method of artificial feed mixing is an alternative method to monitor the development of resistance to neonicotinoid insecticides in Lygus.
