文章在对国内外人文社会科学评价实践进行历史回顾的基础上,从人文社会科学评价理论与方法研究方面、从科研管理实践与评价理论相结合进行研究的角度、从对人文社会科学评价系统的整体及部分的研究出发,剖析了目前我国人文社会科学评价理论与实践中存在的不足之处和薄弱环节。文章指出,在人文社会科学评价中建立正确的“问题意识”,可以为解决人文社会科学中的评价问题提供探索性方向和启发性思路,这对深化人文学科评价问题的研究,对探索构建真正适用于人文社会科学科研与管理的评价理论和学术规范,具有一定的学术价值和意义。
Based on the historical review of the evaluation of humanities and social sciences both at home and abroad and from the aspects of humanities and social sciences evaluation theory and method research and from the perspective of scientific research management practice and evaluation theory, Based on the whole and part of the research, this paper analyzes the shortcomings and weak links existing in the theory and practice of humanities and social sciences assessment in our country at present. The article points out that establishing the correct “problem consciousness” in humanities and social sciences evaluation can provide exploratory and enlightening ideas for solving the evaluation problems in humanities and social sciences. This research on deepening the evaluation of humanities disciplines, Appraisal theory and academic norms applicable to humanities and social science research and management have certain academic value and significance.
