在20世纪90年代开始的时候,我谨代表陕西省人民政府和全省人民,向支持和帮助我省经济建设,同我省开展经济贸易往来、技术劳务合作的世界各地的实业界、金融界、贸易界和其他各界的朋友们、港澳同胞、海外侨胞,以及前来我省参观访问的国外旅游者表示衷心的感谢!在这里,我还想表达这样一个愿望:我们将继续与老朋友精诚合作,我们期望结识许许多多的新朋友,我们欢迎新老朋友到陕西来洽谈生意,进行投资,观光旅游。
At the beginning of the 1990s, on behalf of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province and the people of the province, I would like to support and help the economic development of our province, and to develop economic and trade relations with our province, as well as technical and business cooperation with the world of business and finance. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to friends of the trade and other circles, Hong Kong and Macao compatriots, overseas Chinese, and foreign tourists who have come to visit our province. I would also like to express my wish to express our sincere hope that we will continue to be honest with our old friends. In cooperation, we expect to meet a lot of new friends. We welcome new and old friends to come to Shaanxi to negotiate business, make investment and sightseeing tours.
