继续教育对提高专业技术人员素质,更新知识,强化专业技术能力方面具有重要的作用。目前,在林业系统中开展专业技术人员继续教育工作取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在着一些问题。本文简要论述了玉溪林业系统专业技术人员继续教育现状,在此基础上,分析了其存在的一些主要问题,并提出了加强专业技术人员继续教育的对策及措施。
Continuing education plays an important role in improving the quality of professional and technical personnel, updating knowledge and strengthening professional and technical capabilities. At present, some achievements have been made in continuing education of professional and technical personnel in the forestry system, but there are still some problems. This article briefly discusses the status quo of continuing education of professional technicians in Yuxi forestry system. Based on this, it analyzes some of its main problems and puts forward some countermeasures and measures to strengthen the continuous education of professional technicians.
