由于处理高合金钢、铁合金时采用氧化脱磷的方法会造成合金元素如Cr的大量损失,因此要采用还原脱磷的方法。本文就目前世界上对还原脱磷所进行的一些研究工作进行了综述和分析。对还原脱磷的机理,反应产物的鉴定,以及还原脱磷过程中金属液中元素对脱磷的影响进行了讨论,还阐述了体系气氛、温度、坩埚材料的影响。并归纳分析了脱渣系的种类、加入量与脱磷率的关系,介绍了几种脱磷渣的处理方法。
As the treatment of high-alloy steel, ferroalloy using oxidative dephosphorization of alloying elements such as Cr will cause a large loss, so the use of reduction dephosphorization method. In this paper, some researches on reduction dephosphorization in the world are reviewed and analyzed. The mechanism of reductive dephosphorization, the identification of the reaction products and the influence of the elements in the liquid metal on the dephosphorization in the process of reduction and dephosphorization are discussed. The influence of the system atmosphere, temperature and crucible material are also discussed. The types of dedusting system, the relationship between adding amount and dephosphorization rate are summarized and analyzed. Several treatment methods for dephosphorization slag are introduced.
