本文提出数值模拟连铸钢坯凝固进程的数学模型,并对首钢连铸方坯的凝固进程进行了实测与模拟计算,取得了实测与模拟基本吻合的结果。采用有限差分法,以二维代替三维,以时间步长代替空间步长的方法计算。编制的计算机程序,通用于任何形状的连铸钢坯。用本程序,除模拟现行工艺外,还对六种工况进行了预测性模拟计算,分析了进一步改进工艺、提高生产率的可能性。
In this paper, the mathematical model of the solidification process of continuous casting billet is numerically simulated. The solidification process of the continuous casting billet of Shougang Group is measured and simulated. The results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. Using finite difference method, two-dimensional instead of three-dimensional, time step instead of space step method. Compiled computer program, common to any shape of continuous casting billet. With this program, in addition to the simulation of the current technology, but also for the six operating conditions of the predictive simulation calculation, analysis of the further improvement of technology, improve the possibility of productivity.
