我们对崇庆县1988～1990年围产儿、婴儿死因进行了调查,现摘要报告如下。一、死亡年龄(表1) 讨论1988～1990年崇庆县活产数为23822人,围产儿死亡525人,占21.84‰,均低于1988年的全国、全省水平;婴儿死亡816人,占34.25‰,低于1986年的全省平均水平。通过以上结果分析表明,近3年该县围产儿的主要死因依次是:窒息、原因不明和早产;婴儿的主要死因依次是:肺炎、败血症和窒息。
We conducted a survey of the causes of perinatal and infant deaths in Chongqing County from 1988 to 1990, and the summary report is as follows. First, the age of death (Table 1) Discussion 1988 ~ 1990 Chongqing County live births was 23,822 people, 525 perinatal deaths, accounting for 21.84 ‰, lower than in 1988, the national and provincial levels; 816 infant deaths, Accounting for 34.25 ‰, lower than the provincial average in 1986. Based on the above analysis, the main causes of perinatal death in the county in the recent three years are: asphyxia, unexplained and premature birth; the main causes of infant mortality are pneumonia, sepsis and asphyxia.
