石油工业部标准《原油长输管道线路设计规范》SYJ14-84与《原油长输管道穿跨越工程设计规范》SYJ16-84的审定会,于8月25日至9月1日在北戴河召开。会议根据“确认原则、查缺补漏、精雕细刻、字斟句酌”的精神,对两篇规范的报批稿进行了审查;确定了修改和增添的内容;提出了今后应加强研究的九个专题。待两规范修改完成后,可望在年末付印试行。
Ministry of Petroleum Industry Standard “crude oil long-distance pipeline design specifications” SYJ14-84 and “crude oil long-distance pipeline crossing engineering design specifications” SYJ16-84 validation meeting, August 25 to September 1 held in Beidaihe. In accordance with the principle of “confirming the principle, checking and missing, carving carefully and careful consideration”, the meeting reviewed the two draft standards for approval; determined the content of the revision and addition; and proposed nine topics that should be strengthened in the future. After the completion of the revision of the two specifications, it is expected that the trial will be printed at the end of the year.
