目的:探讨Innova 3100 IQ型DSA上的3DCT功能在颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术中的临床应用及价值。方法:应用Innova 3100 IQ型DSA,对栓塞过程中怀疑动脉瘤破裂或术后用于观察有无新的颅内出血的患者进行3DCT的扫描。结果:2例术中动脉瘤破裂出血的患者,3DCT的结果与术后螺旋CT结果一致。结论:Innova 3D-CT能快速获得与螺旋CT类似的颅脑影像调整窗宽、窗位,可重建出清晰的脑组织、脑室系统及出血灶,可及时发现出血情况,便于手术医生及时调整治疗策略,更准确的评估治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application and value of 3DCT on Innova 3100 IQ DSA in the interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms. Methods: Innova 3100 IQ-type DSA was used to perform 3DCT scans of suspected aneurysms during embolization or postoperatively for the observation of new intracranial hemorrhage. Results: The results of 3DCT were consistent with those of postoperative spiral CT in 2 patients with aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage. Conclusion: Innova 3D-CT can quickly obtain a similar brain imaging with spiral CT to adjust the window width and window level, and can clear the brain tissue, ventricular system and hemorrhage, and timely detection of bleeding, so that the surgeon can timely adjust the treatment Strategy, a more accurate assessment of the treatment effect.
