本文合成了铜(Ⅱ)与邻菲咯啉和草酸三元配合物[Cu(phen)(ox)(H_2O)]·H_2O(phen:1,10-邻菲咯啉;ox:草酸),得 到了它的单晶,用 X-射线法测定了配合物的晶体结构。晶体学数据:C_(14) H_(12) CuN_2O_6,Mr=367. 80,晶型 a=8. 447(4) (?),b=9. 696 (5) (?),c=17. 456(8) (?);β=103. 875(10) (?).Z=4. V=1388. 0(12) (?)~3,F(000) =748。晶体中分子配位中心 Cu(Ⅱ)离子的配位数为5,这五个配位原子形成一个畸变的四方锥结构,配合物分子因 分子间氢键作用形成一维链状结构。
In this paper, Cu (Ⅱ) complexes with phenanthroline and oxalic acid [Cu (phen) (ox) (H_2O)] · H_2O (phen: 1,10-phenanthroline and ox: Its single crystal, X-ray method was used to determine the crystal structure of the complex. Crystallographic data: C_ (14) H_ (12) CuN_2O_6, Mr = 367. 80, Form a = 8. 447 (4) (?), B = 9. 696 (5) (?), C = 17. 456 (8) (?); Β = 103. 875 (10) (?). Z = 4. V = 1388. 0 (12) (?) ~ 3, F (000) = 748. The coordinative number of Cu (Ⅱ) ions in the crystal coordination center is 5, and the five coordination atoms form a distorted tetragonal pyramidal structure. The complex molecules form a one-dimensional chain structure due to intermolecular hydrogen bonding.
