目的研究不同阅读面照度对儿童调节的影响,揭示它和近视发生的关系。方法应用分光式检影法,在阅读距离为33cm和阅读面照度分别为3lx、25lx、50lx时,测量54例54只眼9~14岁正视和近视组儿童的调节距离和眼调节。结果在正视组中,阅读面照度分别为3lx、25lx、50lx时,调节距离为595±1362cm、505±837cm、465±721cm,实际眼调节为174±028D、203±028D、221±029D;而在近视组中则为663±1064cm、547±855cm、478±560cm和154±023D、187±028D、212±024D。在两组儿童中,阅读面照度越低,调节距离越大,实际眼调节越小,调节落后就越大;三种阅读面照度间的调节距离有非常显著的统计学意义(P<0001);在阅读面照度为3lx或25lx时,近视组和正视组的调节距离差别有显著的统计学意义(P<005)。结论认为当阅读面照度下降时,调节距离变大,实际眼调节则变小,调节落后就变大,其中近视组比正视组更明显,这容易导致儿童代偿性轴性延长,从而可能引起轴性近视
Objective To study the effect of different reading surface illumination on children’s regulation, and to reveal its relationship with myopia. Methods The distance and ocular adjustment of 54 eyes of 54 children aged 9 to 14 years old with myopia and myopia were measured by spectroscopic retinoscopy at reading distance of 33cm and reading surface illuminance of 3lx, 25lx and 50lx, respectively. Results In the frontal group, when the reading surface illuminance was 3lx, 25lx and 50lx respectively, the adjustment distance was 59.5 ± 13.62cm, 50.5 ± 8.37cm and 46.5 ± 7.21cm, and the actual eye was adjusted to 1 74 ± 028 D, 2 03 ± 0 28 D, 2 21 0 29 D, while in the myopia group was 66 3 10 64cm, 54 7 8 55cm, 47 8 ± 560cm and 154 ± 023D, 187 ± 028D, 212 ± 024D. In the two groups of children, the lower the reading surface illumination, the greater the adjustment distance, the smaller the actual eye adjustment, the greater the adjustment lag; the adjustment distance of the three reading surface illumination has a very significant statistical significance (P <0 001). When the reading surface illumination was 3lx or 25lx, there was a significant statistical difference (P <005) in the adjustment distance between myopic group and the positive group. The conclusion is that when the reading surface illumination decreases, the adjustment distance becomes larger, the actual eye adjustment becomes smaller, the regulation lag becomes larger, in which the myopic group is more obvious than the positive group, which easily lead to compensatory axial extension of children, which may cause Axial myopia
