食管癌高发区粮食中互隔交链孢霉的污染与食管癌病因学的关系已引起人们的关注。本文应用该霉菌的主要代谢产物交链孢酚单甲醚(alternariolmonomethyl ether,AME)和交链孢酚(alternariol,AOH)处理体外培养的人胎食管上皮组织后,采用聚合酶链反应—限制性内切酶酶解片段长度多态性分析(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment lengthpoly-morphisms,PCRT-RFLP)方法,研究了AME和AOH诱发人胎食管上皮组织癌基因c-Ha-ras第12位密码子的突变情况。
