20只成年SD大鼠随机分为损毁组和对照组。两组动物在相同条件下先建立条件性回避反应,对照组只作头皮切开及颅骨钻孔术,损毁组用电损毁术多点破坏双侧背外侧面前额叶皮质。术后测试结果是:对照组动物的条件性回避反应与术前相同;损毁组动物术后反应迟钝,超过延迟通电时间进入安全区,表明条件性回避反应消退,动物模型已成功地建立。
Twenty adult SD rats were randomly divided into damaged group and control group. The two groups of animals under the same conditions to establish the first conditional avoidance response, the control group only for scalp incision and cranial drilling, rupture of the group using electrical damage to more damage to the bilateral dorsolateral frontal cortex. The postoperative test results showed that the conditioned avoidance response of the animals in the control group was the same as that before the operation; the animals in the damaged group became unresponsive and lapsed beyond the lag time to enter the safe zone, indicating that the conditioned avoidance response subsided and the animal model was successfully established.
