鼻咽癌的治疗是以放疗为主,配合化疗、中医中药、免疫治疗等的综合治疗,但因鼻咽癌细胞的耐药性而致放化疗效果不佳。究其耐药性的原因主要包括细胞表面耐药蛋白高表达介导的多药耐药性(MDR)及凋亡调控基因表达失控导致的凋亡耐受。近来有研究者从诱导肿瘤细胞不同于凋亡的程序性死亡方式(如Necroptosis)着手,有望规避肿瘤细胞的耐药性。本文就鼻咽癌耐药性的机制、Necroptosis样死亡机制进行综述。
The treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is based on radiotherapy, combined with chemotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine, immunotherapy and other comprehensive treatment, but because of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell resistance and radiotherapy and chemotherapy ineffective. The reasons of resistance mainly include cell surface resistance protein overexpression-mediated multidrug resistance (MDR) and apoptotic regulation of apoptosis-resistant genes resulting in apoptosis tolerance. Recently, researchers from the programmed cell death (such as Necroptosis), which induces tumor cells to differ from apoptosis, are expected to circumvent tumor cell resistance. This article reviews the mechanisms of NPC drug resistance and Necroptosis-like death mechanisms.
