高职院校开展科技活动具有重要意义,它是形成学校特色的手段,是校企合作的基础,是产学结合的纽带,是增强教师素质的重要途径,是提高学生就业质量的重要保障。目前,高职院校对于科技活动还存在认识不清、定位不准,组织不健全、机制不完善和起点低、差距大等问题。为了推动科技活动积极开展,高职院校应该提高认识,准确定位,找准开展科技活动的切入点;应该健全管理组织,完善评价机制;应该在科研单位和生产企业之间穿针引线,发挥好桥梁纽带作用;应该加强科技管理,整合科技力量;应该对科技人员加强培训,尽快提高他们的科技素质。
