一、把握学生身体特点,进行多元化教学小学生正处于身体发育阶段,其骨骼硬度小、韧性大,易弯曲变形;肌肉力量小,耐力差;心率快,肺活量小,负氧能力差,易疲劳。这些都表明小学生的运动负荷不能过大,运动时间不宜过长,否则,非但起不到通过上体育课强身健体的目的,反而会给身体健康造成影响。因此,在体育教学中,把“教”与“玩”有机结合,使小学生在上体育课过程中有张有弛是必要的,教师要多做示范,让学生多练习,但练习时间不宜过长,要合理地安排短暂休息;从运动系统看,他们骨骼软组织较多,骨组织内水分和有机物多、无机盐较少,故骨骼弹性好,可塑性大,硬度和坚固性较差,易弯曲。而肌肉中水分较多,蛋白质和无机物较少,
