胃宁是治疗胃十二指肠溃疡的中药。小鼠以8g/kg的剂量灌胃,每日三次,连续二天,观察七天,未发现死亡;Wistar大鼠口服胃宁散8g/kg/d,连续三个月未出现明显毒性。表明胃宁是安全的口服制剂。
Weining is a traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcers. The mice were intragastrically administered at a dose of 8 g/kg three times a day for two consecutive days. No deaths were observed after 7 days of observation. Wistar rats were treated with oral Weining Powder (8 g/kg/d) for 3 consecutive months without apparent toxicity. It shows that Weining is a safe oral preparation.
