彭山县凤鸣镇岷江路街道党支部,在1998年5月11日召开党员大会,讨论原苏彭骨胶厂下岗工人、现在本镇蹬三轮车的个体劳动者黎福荣的入党申请。到会的26名正式党员,一致通过接收他为中国共产党的预备党员。不久,党支部的决议得到上级党组织的批准,黎福荣光荣地跨进了党组织的大门,实现了他多年来梦寐以求的愿望。他表示,入党并不是争取进步的终点站,而只是走向明天的新起
Party branch of Minjiang Road in Fengming Town, Pengshan County convened a party meeting on May 11, 1998 to discuss the application for joining the workforce of laid-off workers at the original Su Peng Gum Factory and the individual laborer of the pedaling tricycle in this town. The 26 official members present unanimously passed the acceptance of him as a reserve member of the Chinese Communist Party. Soon after the resolution of the party branch was approved by the superior party organizations, Li Furong reached the gate of the party organization gloriously and fulfilled his long-cherished aspirations.
