在技术革新运动中,我队电工同志们为了解决电动机的起动,试制了一种无铁芯电抗启动器,使用效果很好。其结线如图1所示。这种起动器可以代替自耦变压器式或电抗式起动补偿器。其制造方法和所需材料均很简单,由于不用铁芯(矽钢片)故造价很低。起动器的结构如图2所示。它是由三个线圈放在一个木箱中构成的。制作时,首先确定各绕线的长度(1)和绕线圈的直径D的尺寸。以及按公式计算出每相所需的匝数
In the technological innovation movement, our team of electrician comrades tried to solve the start of the electric motor and tried a kind of iron coreless reactance starter. The use effect was very good. The junction line is shown in Figure 1. This kind of starter can replace the autotransformer or reactance starter compensator. The manufacturing method and the required materials are very simple, and since the iron core is not used, the manufacturing cost is very low. The structure of the starter is shown in Figure 2.
