In the experiment using a short-term in vitro culture of P. yoelii Red internal phase and co-incubation with the drug method to H ~ 3-isoleucine spiked with malaria protein as an indicator observed the new anti-malaria drug quinine against Plasmodium Protein, and use cycloheximide and aminopterin as controls. As a result, it was found that ~3H-isoleucine was incorporated into Plasmodium by both quinolone and cycloheximide
