人体肝脏中的N-乙酰基转移酶活性具有先天差异,导致异烟肼代谢的多型性。本文选择受试者65例,其中22例系健康人,43例系患骨、肺结核病人。用比色法测定异烟肼的尿药浓度以确定其代谢型,并对该方法的日间差异进行了考察。其结果,慢型乙酰化者计15例(23.1%)中间型者11例(16.9%)、快型者39例(60%)。结核病人乙酰化快型的发生率较正常人低,有显著性(P<0.05);日间差异CV%<5。该方法仪器设备简便,能迅速得出结果,快慢型之间差异显著(P<0.01),尤其适合于异烟肼的临床监测。
N-acetyltransferase activity in the human liver has inherent differences that result in isomorphism of isoniazid metabolism. This selection of 65 subjects, of which 22 were healthy people, 43 were suffering from bone and tuberculosis patients. The urinary drug concentration of isoniazid was determined by colorimetric method to determine its metabolites, and the daytime differences of this method were also investigated. As a result, in 15 (23.1%) of the slow acetylators, 11 (16.9%) were intermediate and 39 (60%) were fast. The prevalence of acetylated TB in TB patients was lower than that in normal subjects (P <0.05). CV% of daytime CV <5. The method has the advantages of simple and convenient equipment, rapid result, fast-slow type difference (P <0.01), especially suitable for clinical monitoring of isoniazid.
