以冬虫夏草、姬菇、木耳、大球盖菇、白灵菇、茶树菇、杏鲍菇7种菌种为试材,比较研究了马铃薯、滑菇菌糠配制成的不同浓度梯度的培养基与常用的PDA培养基对供试菌种生长的影响,旨在筛选出适合各菌种生长的培养基。结果表明:滑菇菌糠对茶树菇、冬虫夏草、木耳、大球盖菇、白灵菇菌丝生长有抑制作用,对杏鲍菇、姬菇菌丝生长有促进作用;杏鲍菇适宜以比例为滑菇菌糠15%、马铃薯5%的配方来作为母种培养基;姬菇适合以比例为5%滑菇菌糠与15%马铃薯的配方来作为母种培养基。
