本研究的目的是以外科手术和组织病理为标准,评估联合应用18F FDG-PET/增强CT成像对检出子宫癌病人盆腔与主动脉旁淋巴结转移的准确性。45例子宫内膜癌或宫颈癌的病人行PET/CT检查后,行子宫根治术,包括盆腔淋巴结清扫伴或不伴主动脉旁淋巴结切除。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of combined 18F FDG-PET / CT imaging in the detection of pelvic and para-aortic lymph node metastasis in patients with uterine cancer based on the criteria of surgery and histopathology. Forty-five patients with endometrial cancer or cervical cancer underwent radical hysterectomy after PET / CT examination, including pelvic lymph node dissection with or without para-aortic lymph node dissection.
