崇文区西南永外商贸板块(简称永外商贸板块)是北京首都功能核心区的重要组成部分,是崇文区实施“一二三”发展战略,创建现代化都市文化休闲区的发展战略重点,也是崇文区打造永外商贸板块(两大板块之一)和发展商贸服务业(三大产业之一)的希望所在,做好永外商贸板块的规划建设工作对崇文区今后发展具有举足轻重的作用。
