一、问题的提出混泥土真空工艺自1935年诞生以来经历了四十几年的发展历史,可以把它分为三个阶段:(一)由于真空工艺排除了混凝土混合物的一部分多余水分,降低水灰比,提高了强度而使该方法达到初步发展;(二)干硬性混凝土混合物的时兴致使混凝土真空工艺进入衰落阶段;(三)干硬性混凝土混合物成型时产生的弊病,如能源耗费高、振动噪音大等导致混凝土真空工艺跨入复兴及高度发展阶段.虽然目前混凝土真空工艺已经成为一门比较成熟的工艺,然而迄今为止,上述工艺方法大多是为普通混凝土所采用的.近年来
I. PROBLEM PROPOSITION The concrete vacuum process has experienced a history of more than 40 years since its inception in 1935. It can be divided into three stages: (1) Since the vacuum process eliminates part of the excess moisture in the concrete mixture, the water is reduced. Ash ratio, increasing the strength to achieve initial development of the method; (b) The age of dry and hard concrete mixture causes the concrete vacuum process to enter the decline stage; (3) The disadvantages caused by molding the dry and hard concrete mixture, such as high energy consumption and vibration High noise causes the concrete vacuum process to enter into a renaissance and high development stage. Although the concrete vacuum process has become a relatively mature process, so far, most of the above process methods have been adopted for ordinary concrete.
