本文将美国质量管理专家柯劳斯毕(CROSBY)最先提出产品质量零的缺陷一次成功的概念应用于企业的质量体系的建设之中。国内外许多企业普遍兴起的产品质量无缺陷运动对保证产品质量的效果十分明显。我国冶金企业近年来推行以ISO9000系列标准建立企业文件化的质量体系,并辅以现场管理为主线的全面质量管理的模式,使全面质量管理开始有效地为市场机制服务。将贯彻ISO9000系列标准的行为控制而达到企业中企业人员工作质量实现无缺陷。只有企业全体工作人员的工作质量达到无缺陷,企业质量体系的各项活动才能得以很好的落实,以此保证企业管理工作设计的有效性
In this paper, CROSBY, an American quality management expert, first proposed the concept of a successful one-off defect in product quality and applied it to the construction of a company’s quality system. Many companies at home and abroad have emerged as a result of product quality and defect-free movement. The effect of ensuring product quality is very obvious. In recent years, China’s metallurgical enterprises have adopted the ISO9000 series of standards to establish an enterprise documented quality system, supplemented by on-site management as the main line of total quality management model, so that total quality management began to effectively serve the market mechanism. Will implement the ISO9000 series of behavior control to achieve the enterprise staff quality of work to achieve no defects. Only if the quality of the work of all employees of the company is flawless, the various activities of the enterprise quality system can be well implemented to ensure the effectiveness of the design of the enterprise management work.
