注浆是工程建设中结构防渗、堵漏及地层加固的一项新技术。注浆技术是用特制的水泥浆液或化学材料(如丙凝、甲凝、络木素、聚氨酯、环氧树脂等)制成浆液,借助注浆泵,以一定压力灌入构筑物或地层的裂隙中,经凝结固化后,使原来的疏松软弱部分得到加固,改善工程性能。注浆材料具有较好的可灌性,可灌入0.15mm以下的裂隙或粒径0.1毫米以下的粉砂及土壤颗粒间的缝隙中,起到良好
Grouting is a new technology for structural seepage prevention, plugging and stratum consolidation in engineering construction. The grouting technology uses a special cement slurry or chemical material (such as acrylonitrile, acrylonitrile, lignin, polyurethane, epoxy resin, etc.) to make a slurry. By means of a grouting pump, a certain pressure is poured into the crevices of the structure or formation. In the middle, after coagulation and solidification, the original loose and weak parts are reinforced and the engineering performance is improved. The grouting material has good irrigability, and it can be poured into crevices below 0.15 mm or in gaps between silts and soil particles below 0.1 mm in size, and plays a good role.
