以不同的应变量对铸铁进行了压缩,系统分析研究了压缩应变量对铸铁的微观组织形貌、石墨含量、石墨形状因子和石墨间距的影响。结果表明,随着压缩应变量的增加,铸铁的组织形貌发生了明显的变化,石墨颗粒的形状由较大的椭球形转变为线状,铸铁中石墨的含量先大幅度降低,然后不断增加,石墨的形状因子和石墨间距则不断减小。当压缩应变量为40%时,石墨含量降低到最小值5.1%;而当压缩应变量为80%时,石墨的形状因子和石墨间距分别达到最小值0.01和15.4μm。
The cast iron was compressed at different strains. The effects of compressive strain on the microstructure, graphite content, graphite form factor and graphite spacing of cast iron were analyzed systematically. The results show that with the increase of compressive strain, the microstructure of cast iron changes obviously. The shape of graphite particles changes from larger ellipsoid to linear shape. The content of graphite in cast iron first decreases greatly and then increases , The shape factor of graphite and the pitch of graphite decrease continuously. When the compressive strain is 40%, the content of graphite decreases to the minimum value of 5.1%. When the compressive strain is 80%, the shape factor and graphite pitch of graphite reach the minimum of 0.01 and 15.4μm respectively.
